Auberon Woods is a new home community on the outskirts of Conway with development that began in late 2023. D. R. Horton is the builder in Auberon Woods with the first phase of 70 plus homes that started to be released in December of 2023. D. R. Horton is planning to have 16 building phases. Homes in Auberon Woods are starting in the mid $250's.
The new home community of Auberon Woods has a very convenient location within Horry County. Highways 90, 22, 17, 501 and 31 are all just a few minutes away. Much of Horry County and the Grand Strand area will all be quite accessible from Auberon Woods. Auberon Woods will have a Conway mailing address, yet the location of this new home community has a slightly different feel at it is actually closer to North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach and Carolina Forest than it is to downtown Conway.

This natural gas community is located near International Drive, Highway 31, and Highway 22- providing easy access to local shops, restaurants, and attractions.
